Jake Gyllenhaal's Favorite Toy Taught Him a Lot of Lessons About Life

Jake Gyllenhaal's favorite toy -- other than his Transformers -- was a fire engine with a ladder that had a firefighter climb up. One day while playing with the truck, the ladder shot up unexpectedly and hit him in the eye. The blow required a hospital visit and his first-ever stitches. Gyllenhaal admits the toy taught him a lot of life lessons, about love and hurt.
