Here's Andrew Garfield's Life Advice: Steal the Toys You Can't Have

[Interviewer] What was your favorite toy growing up?
00:02
A toy that I didn't have
00:04
which was my brother's toy,
00:05
which was (laughs) of course,
00:07
I just only want things I can't have.
00:13
[Interviewer] What toy was that?
00:14
He was a little...
00:16
Little dog, teddy bear called Roscoe.
00:18
He was a yellow dog with brown, floppy ears
00:21
and he was,
00:22
basically whoever had Roscoe was
00:26
the king of the world.
00:27
And it was my brother's,
00:29
he was my brother's,
00:30
so I would spend a lot of time
00:31
stealing it and hiding it,
00:33
and then denying that I knew where it was.
00:35
(laughing in background)
00:37
So of course, my favorite toy was something
00:39
that actually wasn't my toy at all.
00:41
That is a kind of a good indication
00:43
of what's happened with the rest of my life.
